1oz Carpano Botanic Bitter
1oz Carpano Antica Formula vermouth
Chilled Prosecco, to top
Stir Carpano Botanic Bitter and Antica Formula vermouth in a mixing glass filled with ice.
Strain into a sparkling wine glass.
Top with Prosecco, and gently stir to combine.
Garnish with an orange peel.
